DVD SIGNING AT DARK DELICACIES

It was a lomg time coming but THE HALFWAY HOUSE was finally released on August 23. To celebrate, our friends Del and Sue Howison at Dark Delicacies in Burbank invited us to do a signing at their store.
Our star, Mary Woronov, came out along with a lot of the cast and crew to autograph the DVD along with posters, which were given away free. In just a few hours, the stores had completely sold out and had to buy extra copies from BV Entertainment (which fortunately we had brought with us.) We have always been supportive of other filmmakers so we were pleased at the great turnout by our director, writer, and actor pals, including Darin (TALES FROM THE HOOD) Scott, Courtney (LURKING FEAR) Joyner, Stefan (GHOSTS OF EDENDALE) Avalos, John (FEAST) Gulager, R A (LEATHERFACE) Mihailoff, Brian (GHOST OF THE NEEDLE) Avenet-Bradley, and Clu (RETURN OF THE LIVING DEAD) Gulager. Thanks to all the fans, friends, and family who showed up and made the event a success. |
