Imagine our surprise and delight to be invited to participate in a film festival only weeks after we'd wrapped the picture. Later, after viewing our trailer, the San Francisco Independent Film Festival confirmed us for a Valentine's Day world premiere. From that point, post-production shifted into high gear to make the screening deadline. |

Arriving in San Francsico only hours before, the movie screened to an enthusiastic audience on Saturday night. The reaction was so positive that THE HALFWAY HOUSE was one of four films selected for an encore showing as "Best of the Festival" the following week. |
